MEET MS. CARROLL!

My name is Ms. Carroll! I am a student at the St. Paul campus of The College of St. Scholastica. I am in my last semester and will be graduating in December, receiving my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. In order to graduate I need to complete my student teaching experience, which is why I am lucky enough to work with all of you wonderful 1st graders and Mrs. Brignac this fall!

I thought I would share a few things about myself. I live in Apple Valley and have since I was two years old. I live with my family, but am planning on moving out this spring. Here is a photo of my family:

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my boyfriend of three years, Erik. In the summers, and during my free time, I like to spend time up at my family cabin in Nisswa, Minnesota. I also love to shop, nanny, exercise and nap! Here is a picture of Erik, my dog Coco and myself on a paddle boat ride on the lake:

Here are a few favorites of Ms. Carroll:
Food: Sushi and Starbucks coffee
Color: Pink
Animal: Flamingo
Book: A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon
Sports: hockey, lacrosse and baseball

I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you. We will work hard and learn together, all while having fun!
P.S... here is a picture of ME on my first day of first grade:

See you soon!
Ms. Carroll
