THINGS TO KNOW:
KINDNESS DAY: Please see information about Kindness Day (on February 14th) in our Somerset E-News. This is a great school-wide event where we spread kindness around the community in lieu of a Valentine celebration. We ask that you do not send any Valentine cards or candy to school with your child. We will accept any unaddressed valentines for donations to Neighbors, Inc., which serves families in northern Dakota County. Thank you!
100th DAY OF SCHOOL: See the image below for information about one of our favorite 1st grade traditions!
Here are some examples from past first graders!
Mystery Readers!
Library Books:
We have library time every Tuesday morning. Please help remind your child to return their books on Tuesday (or any day prior!) so they are ready to check-out books.
Snacks:
Please remember to send your child with a snack each day. We do have some extras for those rushed mornings. We are always happy to take donations for extra snacks if you are able. Thank you!
E-News: Check the Somerset E-News for all things current at Somerset!
