Spelling Pattern Help:

FIELD TRIP LETTER CORRECTION: Whoopsies- I made a mistake on the letter that went home in Friday Folders last week (Our field trips are in MARCH and MAY, not April and June). Please see below for the correction/clarification marked in red text. My apologies!



FRIDAY FOLDERS: We are in dire need of Friday Folder volunteers! This year, we have had several slots open. Friday Folder helpers are people that come in any time on Friday to fill each child's mailbox with student work and information from the office. Then, they stuff each child's folder with the papers so they can be sent home at the end of the day. It takes roughly 20-30 minutes and you are able to come at whatever time is most convenient for you. I would appreciate any help you may be able to provide so I can spend my prep hour on Friday planning for the week ahead! If you are able to sign up for a slot, please click HERE!

SPELLING: Here are our spelling words for next week! This week's skill is adding -er and -est to adjectives. Note: Any root word that has a short vowel sound as its SECOND TO LAST letter will need to have a double letter (example: sad must include 2 letter Ds to make sadder and saddest). *indicates extra credit

SPRING PICTURE DAY: Spring picture day is OPTIONAL for families. Children will only be pulled from class to take pictures if a form is returned. Please return picture forms as soon as possible if you are interested.
