Our Weekly Update
Things to Know:
FRIDAY FOLER ROUTINE: Friday folders are sent out at the end of every week. Please check them as soon as they come home and return every Monday. The folder has two pockets labeled "Return to School" and "Keep at Home."
EMERGENCY CARDS: In the "Return to School" section of your Friday Folder, you'll find an information sheet for your review. Please check to make sure it is up to date and return ASAP.
HELP WANTED! FRIDAY FOLDER VOLUNTEERS: We currently have 1 gracious volunteer for Friday Folders, however she is unable to come every week. This job is SO MUCH BETTER if it can be shared and is a tremendous help to teachers. It takes roughly 20 minutes to complete and can be done after school on Thursday or any time on Friday. If you are able to help, please let me know! Thank you!
PICTURE DAY: Picture day is set for the morning of the 14th!
STAR CHARTS: Please help your child get into the habit of reading each night. Reading at home can mean reading with someone, reading independently, or even listening to someone read a story while following along. This will lay the foundation for a successful year and encourage a lifelong love of reading!
