THINGS TO KNOW:
At Somerset, we have two requests when it comes to the Halloween holiday at the end of the month.
1) All Somerset students will have the opportunity to wear their costumes to the Family Reading Night on Thursday, October 27 at 6:00 pm. We would love to see your costumes there. However, on Monday, October 31, we ask that you please leave your costumes at home and not bring costumes to school.
2) Please keep all candy and treats at home. In conjunction with our district wellness initiatives and a large amount of students with food allergies, we ask that candy not be brought for distribution at school. Teachers may ask for specific donations for their classroom celebrations, but we will not be passing out individual food items to classes.
